To determine what version your license key works for in the "ezCheckPrinting" program for Windows, you can usually check the documentation or contact the software vendor's customer support for assistance.
We currently have EZ Check Printing software. We are unable to get the correct symbols to print out on the routing #, bank acct #, and Check #. We use a server and laptops to access the software. We had one laptop that would print the symbols out correctly, but it is currently being repaired. Can you please get back with me regarding this issue

The first thing to do is to check if the correct ISO mode is used by the application. Because of that, instead of using the correct symbols, the application is configured to display something else regardless of what you type in the application. Access the settings menu and look for the ISO code. Make sure to choose the one corresponding to where you live (country or area).
You should contact the customer support of the ezCheckPrinting software provider to get the key. They should be able to assist you in retrieving it.
